Holistic Pelvic Care™ (HPC)

Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a sacred practice of bodywork and energy medicine for the pelvic bowl. It is designed to evaluate, restore, balance and enhance the vibrant flow in the pelvic bowl of the female body.

A HPC session includes internal pelvic bodywork through the vagina. Manual techniques are used to assess and treat problem areas, trigger points, fascial restrictions, scar tissue and energetic patterns in the pelvic bowl. It follows the wisdom of the female body.

HPC is sought out to address most pelvic conditions, as well as general pelvic health needs. It is especially helpful during postpartum recovery and anytime throughout the childbearing years.

The pelvic bowl consists of the bony structures, muscles, fascia, ligaments, tendons, organs and energy that are within and attached to the pelvic area. The pelvic bowl is a place of power, pleasure, sensuality, creativity, and self love.

Pelvic Steaming

Many cultures have some method of pelvic steaming for cleansing, healing and rejuvenation.

Pelvic steaming (also known as vaginal or yoni* steaming) is an integral part of Pelvic Harmony. It is used throughout a woman’s life for postpartum healing, as well as to support the menstrual cycle, infertility and various pelvic ailments and imbalances. Pelvic steaming may support emotional and spiritual clearing and healing as well. Jade creates a soothing atmosphere in which you will sit upon a steam stool with the pot of herbs underneath. A quiet space for reflection or guided meditation may take place during the steam.

Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body. Restore Your Core® helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support.
