Shipping Fees:
Within the United States, shipping is done using priority mail. There is a flat fee of $9.00 for most packages. Orders weighing more than 0.75 pounds, will be charged $16.00.
If Shipping International, Please use WAIVESHIP code and I will charge you separately for shipping cost once it is calculated. Typically shipping will cost around $16.00.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. We will replace any items that were damaged during shipping. Please send a photo of damaged items to support@journeywithjade.com. If you need to change or cancel an order, it must be done before we have shipped the order. Please email us at support@journeywithjade.com to discuss this.
